Portfolio Highlights: Conversion/Retrofit

12200 Westhaven Drive – Little Rock, Arkansas

Anthony Properties originally built the Carmike Wynnsong 10-screen movie theater at this location in 1995. When the Carmike lease came to an end in 2010, AP was approached by ITT Tech who was interested in converting the building to a school campus.

Working together with ITT, AP developed architectural plans to meet the specific design criteria laid out by the tenant. Construction began in early 2011 and the building was delivered to the tenant, ready for occupancy in June 2011.

In 2015, upon termination of the lease with ITT, the facility was re-leased to LISA Academy, a respected Little Rock-based public charter school providing an academically rigorous curriculum to students grades K-6.
