Sunnybrook Village
Sioux City, Iowa

Sunnybrook Village is a 66-acre mixed-use development located at the intersection of Sunnybrook Drive and Sergeant Road near US Highway 20/75 in Sioux City, IA.

The center is anchored by a 218,000 square-foot Fleet Farm (www.fleetfarm.com). The company prides itself on being a full-service supplier for life, work, home, and recreation, offering lifestyle merchandise serving families as well as suburban and farm consumers. In addition to offering hunting and fishing gear, housewares, automotive goods, apparel, hardware, garden and farm supplies, the Sunnybrook Village location will also feature a tire center, car wash and convenience store with gas pumps. The store opened in the Fall of 2018.

Hobby Lobby is the secondary anchor at this center, opening in Fall of 2018 with a beautiful 55,000 square-foot store. Anthony Properties also anticipates delivering an additional 100,000 square feet of space to nationally-recognized big box retailers in the near future. The unique combination of Fleet Farm and additional high-profile merchants new to the Sioux City market will make Sunnybrook Village a very attractive regional shopping and lifestyle destination.

Colonnade Shopping Center
State College, Pennsylvania

The Colonnade Shopping Center is a highly successful sixty-five acre regional power center anchored by Target Stores and featuring a roster of leading national retailers including Wegman’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Circuit City, Michael’s and Petco.

Anthony Properties’ involvement in this project began in 1998 with the acquisition of a strategically-situated fifteen-acre parcel contiguous to the original center. This expansion brings an additional 98,000 square feet of retail to the Colonnade and provides an attractive link between the Colonnade and an adjoining Lowe’s Home Improvement Center.
