AMC Riverview 14 – Gibsonton, Florida

GQT Riverview 14 GDX opened in March 2017 in the high growth area of Riverview, Florida (10 miles southeast of Tampa). The theater boasts 14 total screens, all with luxury recliner seating, two Premium Large Format (“PLF”) GDX screens (both 75 feet wide with Dolby Atmos Sound), state-of-the-art projection and audio systems, and high quality concessions.

This theater was the 3rd highest grossing theater in the Tampa DMA in 2019.

Goodrich Quality Theaters, Inc. (“GQT”) unfortunately declared bankruptcy in early 2020. The theater is now managed by AMC.

Patriot 13 IMAX – Lawton, Oklahoma

The Carmike Patriot 13 IMAX opened in November 2015. This is a state-of-the-art facility that includes only the 5th IMAX location in all of Oklahoma. The IMAX auditorium will present the biggest blockbusters to guests in a way they’ve never experienced in cinema before, with a wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling screen measuring 70-feet wide and more than three stories tall with a seating capacity for more than 518 guests. The Patriot 13 has DLP digital projection and digital sound on all screens, and the premier location includes total seating capacity for more than 2,700 guests.

In addition to the cinema, Anthony Properties owns 6+ acres of pad sites at this location that are currently being marketed for sale/lease.

Royal Palm Crossing – Bradenton, Florida

Royal Palm Crossing is a 26 acre commercial development located in Bradenton, Florida, a rapidly-growing coastal community situated 40 miles south of Tampa. The center is anchored by a twenty-screen movie theatre which was built-to-suit by Anthony Properties for Carmike Cinemas, one of the largest movie exhibitors in the United States. The Royal Palm Crossing 20 is one of over 40 multiscreen cineplexes that Anthony Properties has built and leased to Carmike Cinemas over the past three decades.

Contiguous to the theatre, Anthony Properties currently has under development six acres of commercially-zoned property suitable for retail, restaurant and multi-use tenants. This prime site, featuring three outparcels, is located at the corner of US 301 and SR 70, directly across from a WalMart Supercenter and adjacent to a Sam’s Club.
